We sincerely regret to inform you that after much discussion, the Camp Committee has made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel this year’s camp.
We understand how frustrating this decision is, especially after such a long delay in getting national event approval and registration open. We are deeply sorry. Unfortunately based on current and projected registration numbers, we are nowhere near the number required to break even with our budget. Further, the low registration numbers would have compromised the programming, badge-trading, and atmosphere that makes Brotherhood so special.
For those who have already registered, an email has already been sent to the contact email provided at registration, and a full refund will be issued directly to the payment card provided at registration. If you did not receive this email, please reach out to our registration team at registrar@brotherhoodcamporee.ca. Please allow at least a week for the refund to be processed.
We are taking what we’ve learned from this year and applying it to our 2025 event and camp planning process. We look forward to seeing you on the American side for 2024 and welcoming you back to the Canadian Brotherhood Camporee in 2025.
